It is unfortunate that Zeth is no longer the manager at this property. The new manager is condescending, patronizing and frankly blames the residents when they complain. She says she is "managing" the issues that are reported but nothing is done for 2 years now. This property is known by those who do not live here, that the rules that we residents depend on are not enforced and therefore create a very unsafe place to live, especially in the summer months.
