I lived at Cumberland from 2021 to 2025 and would have gladly stayed longer if we hadn’t encountered an issue toward the end of our lease. Overall, it’s a great place, the management team was always professional and never gave us any trouble. I would have loved to give this community a 5-star rating; however, we decided to move out due to a sudden increase in bugs and insects that appeared out of nowhere during our last year. Just took a tour here. I had to come leave a review and I normally don’t leave many reviews, however, the leasing agent William was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I walked in the door. The way he greeted me and was so thorough and enthusiastic throughout the process of the tour was very welcoming and that was by far the best experience I’ve encountered during an apartment tour.
We loved our stay. Moved out to get a house. The community has been great to us. The maintenance team was amazing. Always on top of maintenance requests and keeping the complex nice. The pool was amazing. Lori was so nice and friendly to us from when we moved in til we moved out. She was always a great resource to go to for anything we needed. Very nice apartment complex. 1000% would recommend others to live here.
