Let me start by saying I used to absolutely love Revd. The classes were great — even though they constantly started late and ended early, so the “45-minute” workout was really more like 35 minutes. I was a loyal Black Star unlimited member, but the way they’ve handled their membership pricing is honestly outrageous. In just six months, prices have jumped not once but twice. First off , the instructor I had was INCREDIBLE which is why im so bummed to write this review. Trying to get any class pack that isn't a single ride is IMPOSSIBLE. Im in Boston for 2 weeks so a full month isn't a viable solution for me. Their payment structure is really weird and really confusing. Their corporate phone number messaged me after my first class, I responded to that number asking for packages or if unlimited weekly was offered - they mentioned there was a week $35 unlimited for I guess new riders? but they proc... read more
