The Copley locations locker room and bathroom is in the basement. You can only access via an elevator to go to a complete different floor if you need to use the bathroom or locker room to change or water refilling station. The front desk is often not manned by anyone because the front desk often goes into the class and enjoys the class during work. You could get locked outside the class that you signed up for, since the irresponsible personnel here will lock the door and lock you out of your class while you are changing down... read more
