Contractors beware, I'm hearing the contractor reviews and didn't experience any of the good. When we did a pre-construction walk through and stated on Scope to do they say no we're not doing it. At the end we was 4days behind and would've been done 100% by end of week. We were 90% done and they took 13k and claim they paid another company to finish maybe 4k worth of work. If you work for them any change orders make them pay immediately and record the precon walkthrough

Absolute definitely company work with when they pay their bills! Absolute impossible company to get a hold of when they decide to stop. I do not recommend working with them at cost!
RevCon deserves 0 stars! If you are a contractor I would steer clear of this company. On numerous occasions I have had to fight to get rightfully owed payments after completing work for them. This last time the owner (Chris) kept stringing me along for my last payment all while he was selling the property. Needless to say I never received my last payment from work completed which is a different matter.
