The doctor is phenomenal. however, i had to reschedule an appointment back in August for a stress test and the women i spoke with said that she couldn’t do it even though she was trying to reschedule me for a different time that day, that the other woman who worked in the office would have to call me back. I was also told TWICE I would be called to pick up a Holter monitor which i was told would be in within a week or two. I guess they forgot.
First time, but it won't be the last. After today, I have chosen this as my doctor. If I could, I would give the doctor and the staff 10 stars. Dr. Vicent took his time to get to know me and my history, without any rush. Very polite, kind, a doctor who truly loves what he does and does it for love. I hope that together we can choose the best treatment for me.
