They charged me 94 dollars for bleaching my tips after I waited 4 hours and 59 minutes to be serviced and she didn't even do my hair someone else did it.... A BARBER. She told me to come at 5 I came at 4:50 and didn't get into a chair until 7:30 and didn't get done till 8:40. It was unfair and on top of all of it I got a color I didn't want!!
