Nick was great to deal with; he listened, understood what I was trying to achieve, made sensible and practical suggestions, and got the job done with good cheer and no fuss. He turned an unusable, unsightly strip of dirt into a little garden haven with a decking area big enough for a couple of chairs. I'm really thrilled with the result.
