My fence was installed last May and is already coming apart. The gate has never been properly aligned or level, so it does not close correctly, as shown in the attached photos. Since Monday, I have left three voicemail messages. On two occasions when I reached someone, I was transferred to Admin, only to find that the person was unavailable.
