I was there a year ago and the result was bad. Now I decided to give them a second chance. Now they just ruined my haircut, it's terrible. I showed a photo, explained how I want it (make it a LITTLE shorter) but they cut off more than half of it.

This is the best place to get a haircut near UCF by far. Coming from a junior, I've had a lot of haircuts at UCF and tried a lot of nearby places, but I've been coming here for the last two years because they always set me right. It's better than Floyd's on university, it's better than sport clips, this the best. Especially Alysha, she's never steered me wrong and gets me in and out fast with a fresh cut every single time.

Got a haircut with Juan. He made sure to figure out what it was I wanted before he started, and did exactly as I asked. Very happy with the cut, will go back, and will recommend to others. Thank you!!!

Definitely that was the worst haircut experience ever. Even though I showed the photo of haircut that I wanted to get, they gave me a completely different one. I literally told them that front hair should be above my eyebrows, but hair ended up being below my nose. They don’t show me in the mirror until the end, so I had no idea what was going on. The second worst part is that they shaved my back neck without any cream. It hurt and I got many scabs on my back neck. “I do want to get a refund.”
