I'm very pleased with Revamed. They were thorough, compassionate and understanding. I was in and out very quickly. The office was clean. The intake secretary was absolutely lovely, professional and compassionate. I would recommend Revamed to anyone looking for good, quality health-care!! Oh, and they're in a great location right off Powerline on Palmetto Park Road across from Publix pharmacy. Sincerely, Mary Scott
Supet long waits before every apt. The lady at the reception desk -Sue- lacks customer service skills! She's rude and lacks empathy! As for the doctor- twice they've forgotten to send the prescription through to the pharmacy. Not worth the headache!
Dr. Bastien was very nice and thorough. I am glad I switched to her
They canceled last minute when that was the only day I could come in for bloodwork , then we made appt with Heather & got canceled again with no offer for another appt for another week! I have been a patient of Revamed for several years, but now I feel like I need to find another GP.
