Dr. Bastien & her staff are fantastic.
Excellent care & attention.
Staff was very friendly and professional, the appointment was not rush , all the right questions was asked, and NP very well communicated.
Can’t get prescription refills called in on time. Appointment times are also being changed without checking with me first. No one ever answers the phone. I guess this is typical for a doctors office in Florida Editing to add I have had an issue with EVERY refil I need. I have a prescription service who contacts the doctor so I don’t have to and the last 4 prescriptions I have had to nag the office to get filled. If you have regular medications you need filled, don’t go here
