Extremely Disorganized and Unprofessional This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is completely disorganized and seemed unsure of what they were doing. I arrived for my scheduled appointment, but they couldn’t verify my insurance and told me that because it had been two years since my last visit, I was now considered a new patient. The office staff is extremely helpful, always answers the phone and really pleasant to everyone. Elizabeth Ofori-Attah is wonderful, she takes her time with you explains everything. I would definitely recommend this office.
