We went to get our tree on Black Friday. It seemed as if the farm was completely picked over already (even though they had just opened the Sunday before). The guy behind the counter was on a conference call on his personal cell phone. So he showed me the price of the tree and was very quiet when talking to me. Horrible customer service. Tree in the yard suck too. Precut trees are upwards of $200 DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced . They have no one to help load or net your tree. And of course they don’t tell you that until after you pay. When you ask if you can leave your tree there until you can go rent a trailer they say no. So we paid for a tree that we couldn’t bring home. Now I have to go dispute the charge on my credit card because they wouldn’t give us our money back. The grouchy old man needs to retire.

We walked a lot of the farm and didn't find anything. My husband is very picky. The selection is just ok.

We cut our own Christmas tree today at Revak. We've been to many other tree farms over the years and this one was just ok. It was not too busy. Many of the trees were badly shapen and had bald spots, but we're not that picky so it was fine. There is minimal to no help with loading the tree onto the car or dragging it to the car; not even sleds were provided. Make sure you bring a strong person or two and wear boots and durable gloves.
