My husband and I recently moved from Los Angeles, CA to this complex - and we couldn't be happier with REVA Rahway! Everything is handled with the utmost professionalism - from the tour to intake and move-in; to maintenance to upkeep of facilities and common spaces; and assistance with questions etc, everything in between. I toured this place and it's beautiful! My husband and I decided to go with something a little bigger but Kyle was very professional and helpful with the touring process. Seems like a great place to live.
I had initially setup a tour with this place (after calling about 5-6 times because no one answered the phone for management); 1st red flag. Kyle from leasing called me back from his personal phone instead; highly unprofessional and 2nd red flag. He was not pleasant at all over the phone, as he rushed the conversation and basically told me the time that I had to come tour, rather than asking; red flag #3. I have been a resident at Reva for three years and have had a wonderful experience. Kyle was super helpful and thorough and answered all of my questions during my initial search. Asha is amazing and works tirelessly to make sure packages are organized in the mailroom and has gotten me answered to anything I ever needed. Maintenance is incredible anytime I needed anything it was done in a timely manner. JR is awesome and will do whatever you need.
