Clean very super nice staff quite clean I been here going on 3 years never had a problem maintenance they are super fast on fixing things and very professional the building is excellent no problem from me
I live here and it's great, no complaints.
I recently visited REVA and fell in love with the building and the location. Sitting in the lobby, waiting to meet with Kyle, the leasing specialist, I was amazed by how beautiful the building and grounds were. You feel like you are at a high end hotel. We had a great experience touring the building and a demo apartment with Kyle. Of particular note was Kyle, who was very pleasant to work with and made me feel at ease about moving here. Update (Feb 2025) - did improve over time as covid went away and services came back up. Rent increases are pretty steep but other than that the building is clean, well maintained and the management is prompt to act on anything that needs attention. I enjoyed majority of the post covid stay. Update (November 2020): amenities have opened back up, though limited hours, so upping one star. No compensation or rent break for the time lost so three stars stay docked. May - 2020 I currently rent here. Building is overpriced for Rahw... read more
