I’ve had an amazing experience training at this gym. Makayla is an outstanding trainer—encouraging, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. What I appreciate most is how well she meets me where I’m at and customizes each workout for me. Every workout feels purposeful, and she has a great way of pushing me in a positive, motivating way. This is such a great gym with an incredible culture that Darik and Makayla have created. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent personal training.
