Great customer service and great product.
My son was excited to get his new RTR Lite, shipping took longer than expected, due to unforeseen circumstances. Luke at REV rides when above and beyond when my wife went into the shop to try and get an ETA on delivery. He helped pull it fresh off the truck, expedited the check in process so we could take it on our last trip of the summer. They even loaded into her SUV for her. They made our son’s day for sure! Thanks REV Rides, especially Luke!
Ordered bike and the website said the rtr lite ships early August a week goes by so I contacted them to get an estimate on delivery. Was told that I would get my bike when they received their shipment. So I asked if they had a rough idea when they would receive them…… week later no answer. Now the website says they start shipping late August, which I think it’s late August as I write this. Still no info.
