Great customer service
Bought a 2025 Eride pro 2.0 and nothing but issues with it since I’ve bought it rev rides fails to respond and keeps trying to act like the problem will fix itself! Can’t connect to Bluetooth motor says it’s overheating and no help at all 100 miles on it and the same issues from the second I took it out the box multiple emails and attempts to get help and just blow me off if you can find somewhere else to buy a bike I’d do that! So if something is wrong you at least have some help!

My son ordered tires for his ebike from this company online. We received someone else’s order. Rev Rides label was clearly for someone else but they placed our UPS label on the package. I reached out via email and phone call with message. I got a generic email response with their exchange policy and no return phone call to resolve situation.
