Best Customer service I've ever had. Replied to my email in 5 minutes and was super friendly and helpful with all my questions. 100% would shop here again. Many thanks to Vincent Garcia for helping me and getting back so quick.
Terrible experience with this electric motorcycle dealer. The service was extremely unprofessional, and I received a bike with issues. Instead of helping resolve the problem or offering a replacement, they kept putting me in a queue and avoiding the situation. No real solution was provided. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience. I would not recommend buying an electric motorcycle from this dealer.
Rev Rides has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I had issues with my electric motorcycle and felt like they did everything possible to avoid actually fixing the problem. Instead of replacing the bike or providing a clear solution, I kept getting pushed aside. Very unprofessional.
This company is garbage; they sell you a defective product. Don't buy anything here—the motorcycle doesn't last more than two uses, and if it even works at all, you call customer service and they don't have time to help you; the service is terrible. It’s unbelievable: they sell you a product as "new," you spend your money, and the product ends up in the trash—because that’s exactly what this company is: garbage, pure garbage. Worst experience with a dealer. Extremely unprofessional service, bikes were delivered broken, and I was added to a queue instead of having my issue properly resolved. They constantly avoided the problem and never wanted to replace the bike or provide an actual solution. Overall, terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dealer.
