Ordered my bike on a Sunday of all days and had it delivered that following Friday. Was well packaged and secured. Faster than expected and showed up in excellent condition. Would easily recommend to anyone.
I ordered a stem lock from their website on March 22 and it was delivered on March 27. The shipping time was exactly as they stated however, I was still pleased that the item was delivered on time. I realized that I had ordered the incorrect stem lock (no fender mount), I reached out to the company to go about starting a return. Ordered a E Ride Pro SS 2.0 on Saturday. I received it on my doorstep on Wednesday. Quick and safe truck shipping to the Bay Area. Built my bike up very easily and went for a ride same day. Highly suggest ordering from Rev Rides. They are super dialed. Will be doing more business with them in the future.
