Bought a used Model Y in 2024 with a near-unheard-of aftermarket suspension system and inexperienced with both EVs and performance upgrades. I went in today for an alignment for my Tesla. And I left feeling like I made a new friend. Hong was incredibly knowledgeable of his services and product. I love working on cars and was curious how alignments are done on a vehicle and asked if I could watch and he explained the whole process to me. He was attentive to detail and honest. Good pricing & my Tesla is now back at factory alignment specs. I will absolutely be back and encourage you to check out his shop if you haven’t stopped by.
I love this shop! I trust the owner and lead mechanic Hong, with all my vehicles. I always get excellent service with the BEST prices. Hong knows I shop around, so he digs a little deeper to find the best rates, or he will price match if I ask. Hong always answers EVERY question and offers sound advice, even if I've done buggered something up by "fixing it on my own". I send my friends here for mods AND regular maintenance.
