I left a Poland pro power head 3plus months ago for high idle after a couple weeks I call about it he said it needed new coil cause it wouldn't start (I had no problem starting it just idled high and he said it was cable) now over 3 months and still not fixed gonna pickup (hopefully with all the parts) and take it to the place I used before (went to rev it up cause someone said they were fast it must have been a friend of theirs) now I wonder how much it will cost to fix a problem I didn't have. They were very friendly got to me quickly took my mower that morning it was ready and fixed the same day and price was very reasonable
Dropped off a running ATV 2 years later get a call to come get it and it's in 15 pieces and rusted from being left outdoors in the elements. Clutch was out and still never fixed and returned as is in the pictures do not recommend for anything.
They came on Thursday to pick up my sons zero turn at about noon. They called that same day to let me know it was fixed and what they found. I asked them to please due the yearly maintenance as well, and they said no problem. Called me back Friday to let me know the total cost and that they would be bringing it back Tuesday. I have a few more small engine repairs needed, and l will definitely call Rev It Up.
I've been burned twice by Rev It Up Outdoor. Last summer, I brought my mower in to have a fuel leak repaired. After paying and picking up the mower, I noticed that had not done the repair as it was still leaking. I called and they picked it up and dropped it off a couple weeks later, and while they fixed the original leak, they had caused a new leak further down the fuel line. i called and they picked it up again and after another few weeks, they dropped it off and while the new leak was fixed, the mower was leaking again at... read more
