Lauren’s customer service is a 10/10
The first interaction I had didn't work out, but because of the second lady who handled my account, she did it so well I won't even complain about the first person. I didn't catch the ladies name who finally set me up with service but she was amazing and easy to talk to. Got my account set up no problem and was very kind. Also, if I heard correctly the man who came and installed the service correct I think he said his name was Dave??? An older white man who was very very kind as well, went above and beyond. Malways good service.
Rev came into our neighborhood today to install fiber lines, and during the installation they cut my AT&T internet line. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed AT&T, even though they were the ones digging in my yard. I was told to reach out to AT&T myself, and now I have to wait at least three days to get my internet restored. No one in our neighborhood asked for Rev’s service, yet I’m the one dealing with the inconvenience of being without internet because of their mistake.
