Rev came into our neighborhood today to install fiber lines, and during the installation they cut my AT&T internet line. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed AT&T, even though they were the ones digging in my yard. I was told to reach out to AT&T myself, and now I have to wait at least three days to get my internet restored. No one in our neighborhood asked for Rev’s service, yet I’m the one dealing with the inconvenience of being without internet because of their mistake. We pay far too much for the lagging fiber internet we receive. Unfortunately, where we live we can only have Rev. I won’t miss it if I ever move. Terrible service

I say without exaggeration, REV is sincerely the worst internet provider I’ve ever had; this is coming from someone who’s used wifi in barracks many times. They monopolized my apartment complex so they’re the only option. They set up the wifi router in the master bedroom closet so the signal barely reaches past the living room wall. $100 per month for 1 gig internet, and I see only a fraction of that speed.
