Called rev group after waiting 1 month for an email with no reply, need complete wiring diagrams for older coach but rev group is useless. In fact if it is 2011 or older forget it you are SOL for support for any brands made by rev group including fleetwood, Monaco, pace arrow, etc. Honestly look for a coach that isn't under rev group, at least you can get support. Thank you thank you thank you! It did take several hours after leaving a voice mail for you to get back to us but you got back and in 10 minutes we had cold air, fridge running on ac power, and hot water. Thank you Curt. You knew our Revolution like you were the one who built it.
The worst communication ever! REV Alvarado Service Center has had my motor home for eight months and won't tell me any answers of when it will be ready. Bought Fleetwood Bounder motor home new and it has been nothing but a nightmare since I purchased it. Too many item to list, but the main one was a pinched gas line. Drove to nearest authorized service center 3 times, four hours one way, and handed me the gas line and said they where too afraid to install. No reimbursement for fuel time or anything.
