Had an interview, was told I was a promising candidate. Three weeks and not even a rejection email. Extremely unprofessional. Enrique was on his phone throughout the entire interview. He continously paused me mid interview, while I was speaking to check his messages, going on and on about some work drama. I emailed HR, Virgil, multiple times and not a single response.
