我已經在這家健身房騎了四年的飛輪課 我真的是受益良多 現在可以站很久不累 爬樓梯更是完全不吃力 四年前開始騎的時候 這𥚃每一個教練都給予我強大的鼓勵 教練不斷地強調 每個人的體能 速度 心速不同 鼓勵我們按照自己的步調 節奏去做調整（我最常上的是Dollar, 但是每一個教練都很棒很專業） 飛輪教室的燈光微暗 我在努力挑戰自己的時候 心情上可以非常的放鬆：） 歌單非常的活潑 常常會讓我覺得要跳舞 如果不想騎四十五分鐘分飛輪課（cycle) 也可以上六十分鐘的綜合課 就是三十分鐘飛輪加三十分鐘肌力雕塑課 (30/30 cycle+ sculpt) 這𥚃洗手間非常的乾淨 工作人員也非常親切 如果你住在附近 我真心強力的推薦大家來試試！ It wasn't easy my first ride on. After 22 classes since mid April , I am so glad I tried Rev Cycle. Great instructor/dollar ,friendly staff, clean environment. Thumbs up!!

The second you walk in everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Paniz was my first instructor and was (and still is) a kick ass instructor from day one! She asked about any previous injuries, if I've cycled, explained all the movements, and reminded me to make this ride what i want it to be. I left the class that day so happy and excited to work out again! From the themed rides to the weekend 30/30 sculpt, there's something for everyone. LOVE this place! The instructors bring amazing energy, the music is always on point, and the location makes it so easy to stay consistent. It’s one of the few workouts I actually look forward to every time.
