If I could leave a zero I would. The customer service was horrendous and completely rude. I placed an order for a 2-pack via Amazon. I only got 1- not 2. Amazon said I had to contact the seller so I did. They were rude, and went back and forth with me not believing me. Told me I needed to send a picture of the packaging and label. Of course, that was in the garbage. Who saves the packaging? The rep pretty much told me I was SOL. Horrible customer service. I can't say enough about the integrity of Rev-A-Shelf's customer support team. They caught a mistake I had made and took the time to proactively contact me. They could have ignored it, and they would have generated a much higher profit margin on my order. Instead, they went above and beyond.

We remodeled a full kitchen 6 years ago and the contractor insisted on using REV-A-SHELF slides due to their quality.
