Terrible customer service. I paid expedited shipping on an item and you guys made the mistake of sending it ground shipping. I couldn't go upnorth as planned because my parts didn't arrive on time. I was promised a refund on my shipping costs and it's 4 days later and I have recieved no compensation just the parts. Your company also is refusing to fix their mistake. No discounts on future purchases, no coupons, no 10 percent off. NOTHING when it was your mistake that cost me. Don't buy parts from this terrible company. ... read more
