I ordered for the first time from Reuzel. It took a few days to ship out but that was only a minor inconvenience. When I opened my box, I saw the shampoo and conditioner bottle caps had packing tape over them. The shampoo bottle was wet, indicating that some had leaked out during transit. I emailed them about this issue and they gave a typical company response that sounded professional but failed to acknowledge that I had lost product that I paid for.
