Very pleased with the quality of the reupholstered couch cushions. Customer care, pick up and delivery, is excellent!
I inquired about a quote to reupholster my West Elm couch, but unfortunately the cost to reupholster the couch far exceeds the cost of repurchasing the same couch brand new. I inquired about a partial repair for the damaged area, which unfortunately was also approaching the cost of replacing the couch. 5 stars for their prompt replies to my inquiry and subsequent follow up, and for actually getting a call from the business to discuss the project.

Reupholstery NYC was wonderful. I had a75+yr old rocking chair that was in desperate shape reupholsted and fixed . Steve who first came to assess the chair and show me samples was professional and knowledgeable. It took 3 weeks and the results are stunning. the chair is beautiful and sturdy. the fabric complements the chair's retro look. the price I felt was reasonable for all the work that was needed. the young man who delivered the chair was on time and respectful. I would definitely recommend.
