Tiffany is the greatest of all time (aka GOAT) and the reason I go here twice a week. The people here make you feel right at home and I’ve noticed so many improvements in my strength and self-esteem.

My buddy and I dropped in after trying to decide whether to go for open gym or for a class. Both of us with home CrossFit gyms/affiliations, we decided to check out a class so we could see what the community was like here. From the moment we walked in the door, the community welcomed us with open arms, showed us around and treated us just like we had been members there all along. Really great coaches, friendly folks. I dropped in for 2 weeks and it definitely helped me work on continuing my plan. The programming was different from most CrossFit’s I have been to so it took me a minute to figure that out. If you’re a local this is a great place.
