If there was ZERO star, they deserve it. They don't know what they are doing. Not only they argue with customers, they wouldn't even admit mistake.
DO NOT waste your time using this Title Company. They have dropped SO many balls with our closing, it's honestly unbelievable! I spoke to the Manager (Tray) today for my complaint and not ONCE did he even apologize but just responded with excuses and he was not taking responsibility for his employees and their mistakes. Just ridiculous!
