Stayed three nights at Reunion last week. Great location. Room is OK. Service very poor - basically it did not exist. The email confirming the code for the room was not forwarded by the booking engine, ok not property fault. However, the text one is to use to contact property management was never responded to for contact assistance. The staff at the bar below just state that the rooms are not managed by them, try and text ownership again. Unacceptable. Room condition also poor for maintenance. I mistakenly booked this hotel for our 25th anniversary staycation, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating for what was supposed to be a special occasion. Before arriving, I had asked about paying for parking because the process was very unclear. The hotel responded that they would send a payment link, but I never received it, even after requesting it be emailed since I was leaving my computer behind. I'm hoping there isn't a cleaning fee, since a rep from booking confirmed there isn't a cleaning fee for stays less than 3 days. Guess we will see after our charge goes through. Nice hotel

I stayed in room 102 and the shower is unusable. I'm not tall by any stretch, but the tiny shower head didn't even reach the top of my head. The water pressure is weak and there's no seal on the bottom of the shower door so water leaks all over the room. I tried to call the hotel manager and got no response. For a "boutique" hotel, I would expect more than a crappy plastic shower head with barely 5 ft of clearance.

I have been trying for over a week to contact this hotel regarding a cancellation. By their own policy, this is allowed up to 48 hours in advance. My reservation is still 5 months away. No one answers the phone or emails. Very bad service.
