Dz, Vanja, and Troy made us an amazing home. They all just tell it how it is and make sure pricing, options, and stages of construction are understood upfront. They sent weekly updates and pictures as the home progressed since were out of state when construction was started. Anytime we had questions or needed something responses were quick and thorough. DO NOT BUY A REUNION HOME! They are unprofessional and unresponsive. We have had warranty requests pending for years with no resolution and lack of communication which was first blamed on Covid and staffing issues and is now being blamed on us, the homeowners. DZ Elal and Grant Langdon have gone in circles for 5 years trying to justify this behavior. A warning to all: Save you money, time, energy and stress on a more reputable company.
DONT BUY A REUNION HOME. They are non- responsive a lie about not ever receiving warranty request dispute email prove. They are just in it to take your money and run. Avoid Reunion and buy from any other builder. Our entire street has issues and can never get anyone to come fix them.
When I found out I was moving to Colorado Springs in October 2021, I began to stress over figuring out my housing situation as I was living in Germany at the time. Thanks to DZ and his wife we were able to do the entire design via video chat and the Reunion team as a whole was very informative as they provided me weekly updates on the status of my new build whilst being 6K miles away.
