I had been their patient for 2 or so years and had quite a bit of work done at the clinic. The doctors have been knowledgeable and helpful. Their turnover is constant though, so just about every time I came in someone else was working on me, which is not great. Front desk staff, however, I don't have good things to say about. After being hung up on today I'll take my business elsewhere.
They did good and were having lots of available appointments within 1-2 days when I first went there. Until, I found out I had issues with the repair they did and wanted to go back. I called twice and both times they said they don't have appointments for the whole year. Which I find quite odd and sketchy! It seems they are only available when they are making money, not when they have to fix their mistake. It's disappointing because I liked my dentist, but considering their way of operation, I won't go back and won't recommen... read more
