The overall upkeep of the community has been disappointing. Common areas and shared spaces often feel neglected, and there seems to be little consistency in enforcing basic community standards. Living here has been a really positive experience. The townhouse community is kept very clean, and you can tell the management takes pride in maintaining the property. The staff is professional and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has been quick to respond and very helpful. I have been living in the community for a few years now, and overall love it!! never had an issue with any of the staff in the office and maintenance team. Also, on point when it comes to maintenance request and the office always communicates with me whenever I have a question. They’re overall amazing, keep doing what you’re doing !!
