The ribs were not smoky, the sauces were not BBQ, and my meat was dry. The biscuits and hot links were great! Pulled pork was maybe the best.
Amazing bbq, as good as we’ve had in Texas. Ribs and brisket in particular. Maple Brussels sprouts also a standout
