I recently moved into this community and I’m very happy with my choice. The ladies at the office Gesselly Rodriguez and Lily Rivera are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They supported me throughout the entire application process and made everything much easier. My wife and I recently moved into Reunion at 400, and we are absolutely in love with our new home! From the moment we arrived, everything has exceeded our expectations. I have lived in these Apartments for 3-4 years. We are happily leaving! We have had a constant battle with a German Roach infestation all 3 years. We have fumigated the apartment before and do monthly pest control spray. Nothing has worked. It has EVERYTHING to do with the crap quality of these apartments. Nothing is sealed right. Gaps under literally everything. The toilet isn't even sealed to the floor for one of our bathrooms and we watched several roaches crawl in and out of said gap. The island isn't sealed either.
