I’d rate this place 0 stars if I could. I can almost guarantee that every 5 star review left on this apartment complex is because they sent out a mass email to all residents saying we would get free Starbucks gift cards if we showed them proof of a 5 star review. When you have to resort to rewarding residents with free stuff for 5 star reviews and your Google rating is STILL 3 stars? That’s pretty pathetic. Leasing staff made it easy to lease and are nice(Gessley, Lilly and Ana are very nice to talk to. They will make sure a problem will be solved when something arises promptly. Maintenance is good at doing repairs especially James. Sometimes the pool can be noise but they have a nice clean work out room and the club house is very nice..
Welcome to a strange world! Where the stars shine, I add my voice to the voices calling for the departure of those in charge of managing this residential complex, headed by the director and her assistants. They are not here for you, they do not listen and do not care about you. They do not realize that they work to ensure the comfort of the residents. We suffer from many problems.
