I had a great experience with this beautiful community. Gesselly Rodriguez, she’s the best! She was very welcoming, kind, and very helpful. She answered all my questions I had to make sure my leasing application process ran smoothly during the entire time. I can definitely say she went above and beyond during my experience. Thank you!
Multiple emails were left unanswered prior to move in and we never received the welcome email talking about renters insurance and energy bills. We signed our lease the day of moving in (this might be normal for them but I have never lived in a complex that it wasn’t signed prior to move in). In addition the unit was not in good condition and clearly not cleaned. We found multiple bugs in our unit the second we walked in the door including one on the fridge that was supposedly “cleaned”. First off, I want to start off by saying a month ago all the residents were sent an email saying that if we left a 5 star review on Google, we would receive a Starbucks gift card, so please take all of the recent 5 start reviews with a grain of salt. Reunion at 400 has some of the rudest and laziest employees I’ve ever met. James shows a true passion in doing his role in making the world a better place; with the world being Reunion at 400. He is always around the community working hard to ensure every aspect is habitable and safe. They were very helpful on me getting my apartment. Lily Rivera was fantastic she worked with me to make sure I would get approved and anytime I have had an issue she addresses it immediately. The maintenance team answers calls immediately and does a great job.
