Reuben came out and worked on our tankless hot water heater, and while he doesn’t typically work on the brand we have, he accepted the challenge and got us up and running. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to contact the manufacturer to get information he needed and had the part ordered for us that same day. Always professional and personable. Travis explained what had happened and left me a wrench if it happens again. A screw had gotten stuck in our disposal and done more damage than we thought, as evidenced by stoppage and leaks. He replaced the disposal with a new one.
This company has always gone above and beyond to help. Our waterheater went out and he did everything he could to get it fixed in a day! Very dependable friendly service. Highly recomend!
