Melissa is an amazing therapist! She truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and understand where your pain is coming from before addressing it with care and expertise. Melissa helped heal both my feet and my shoulder blade—issues I had been struggling with for years. I’m incredibly grateful for her work and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate therapist.
I have been going to Return to Wellness for a number of years. She is the first professional who can truly get to the root of my physical concerns and help me process the challenges out of my body. She is incredibly trauma informed, inclusive and welcoming of everyone. Most importantly, she holds space to truly help my body be at its best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
