I went to Dr. Snellgrove having severe back pain, tight gluteal and hamstring muscles with pain radiating down my legs, creating knee pain. I explained I had a prior discectomy on the disc between L-4 and L-5. I requested an x-ray, MRI, and neurosurgical consult. They lied about my co-pay, telling me it was $45 and filing insurance would not be important. It was $40 and I was overcharged for several visits.
