Over two years ago, I had a full fracture in my sesamoid bone, resulting in time off and a lot of effort to get back. Went here for PT for plantar fasciitis. As a runner, this crippled me and I had done a lot of exercises prescribed by Dr. Google to no avail. They were able to get me in in a few days and Megan was AMAZING. No one size fits all. Explained everything she was doing. After 6 months of no running, and another month of painful running, she got me up and running again super quickly. Could not recommend enough!!!
Love how Meagan helped me with my hip injury by getting me a few daily exercises that I could easily fit into my workout routine and on rest days. Within a month I felt much stronger while squatting and had better stability. She explained everything so well during my visits! She is extremely knowledgeable i cannot recommend her enough! Meagan from Return to Compete has been instrumental in the return of our son to soccer multiple times after serious injuries. My daughter is a 15 year old competitive Irish dancer. She has been training with Sean for about nine months. In that time, not only has she increased her strength, flexibility and stamina, but her confidence has skyrocketed as well. In her recent regional competition she jumped a massive fifteen placements from her finish last year before she began training. We adore Sean and Meagan. They are wonderful to work with and truly have their athletes best interests at heart.
