Not enough parking, Maybe a time could be allocated for large loads i.e. small trucks and trailers, or days/hours when only car boot loads are accepted
I just went there at 3.00pm today, 2 very friendly guys working the machine they chatted ,treated me like they knew me ,the process was quick and easy , plenty of parking and tons of room to spin the trailer around , if I was a secret shopper these guys would have rated highly
Zero stars , 2 parking bays with no trailer parking , no wheelie bins allowed or plastic bags so you have to unload into there bins & wait for staff to load your bottles , staff are surly & seem to do a lot of standing around & need yo be nudged into action if you want to get out of there . To top it off what I normally get paid at the local machine for the same amount seems to worth around $80 less . Don’t waste your time & your money . Very sad place & employees
