Don’t waste your time buying an empire gas fireplace we had ours for 6 years & nothing but problems starting we had plenty of their mechanics come out it works for a while then it doesn’t I’m replacing the burner with a new brand
Angelique helped me with a pellet stove and It was a great purchase , everything went great. Harman stoves are top of the line. Rettinger definitely gets 5 stars from me
Efficient, honest, reasonable price. Cleaned up well after. They serviced existing gas logs and they are like new. He also took time to show me safety steps. Right on time.
Angelique did a great job in helping us decide on a fireplace system. She spent considerable time and patience in discussing options, demonstrating systems, answering questions, and calculating costs. It took us awhile to make a final decision, but we are pleased with the results. The install was quick and we are enjoying our selection!
