Do not do business with these people, I give them negative stars
Roger and his brother are nothing but scamers, liars, and criminals. How they are not in jail for stealing people's money I do not know. We have heard every excuse in the book for over a year. They took almost $5000 dollars and will not even return phone calls or emails. Do not do business with them.

For product I give it 5 stars. Really well made. For customer service I give them 0 stars. Retty wants payment in advance....this is a problem because you pay in advance and your leverage is gone! They promised me the pontoon by April 2015. April rolled around and no product. I started calling and sending emails. No answers. I looked at the BBB website and found a grade of "F"!!. Yikes I thought they stole my money. Finally in late May someone answered me and said the pontoon would ship soon. It finally arrived in mid-July. ... read more
