I've purchased twice from Retrospekt, the first time was four years ago when I got a refurbished Walkman which is still going strong today. Recently I purchased a refurbished Sony Discman, and when it arrived nonfunctional, they were kind enough to pay for a shipping label to send it back to try to repair it. It was unfortunately non-fixable, so they offered me a free pick for a replacement Discman, plus a refund in the price difference.
