Easy experience getting my disposable cameras developed. Would recommend to others.
I've purchased twice from Retrospekt, the first time was four years ago when I got a refurbished Walkman which is still going strong today. Recently I purchased a refurbished Sony Discman, and when it arrived nonfunctional, they were kind enough to pay for a shipping label to send it back to try to repair it. It was unfortunately non-fixable, so they offered me a free pick for a replacement Discman, plus a refund in the price difference. Retrospekt is one of a kind. So in love with everything they do and the staff has always been incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
Such a nice place! The film rewind knob fell off of my camera and they had the part for me the next day and even gave it to me without a fee. I was able to get the film out of my camera and give it to them right away to develop. Staff was so nice and helpful and there are so many fun things to look at in store. I will definitely be going through them from now on.
