Awful return experience - avoid if you value your money Returned several items and two were rejected over minor packaging issues - one because the back of the packaging was torn open (how else do you open it to inspect the product?), and one because a transparent plastic bag was apparently considered "missing factory packaging." Quality parts. I bought REAL ball bearings. The kind that give you piece of mind as you ride. I only spent $15 and got the bearings plus 288mm spokes. All cut to order. I recommend.
For 2026, I wanted rebuild my Fixed Gear bike. I needed a specific chain to complete the build, and Retrogression was the only shop in the US that had it. Two thumbs up, way up!

Had a shipping issue on a set of wheels. I notified retrogression and did not hear from them for a few days. I contacted UPS to open an investigation since nothing was done. UPS opened a second investigation a week later. I then contacted retrogression again and the general manager, JP, placed the blame on me for why i dont have my package.
