Ive never had an issue ordered many times over the years, even if you dont like the owners attitude and customer service skills they have the best selection of track/fixed gear parts in the USA period no other US based shop beats them there a one stop shop

Sweet shop, folks are real ones
Great products, seemingly impatient, agro customer service. Spent couple hundred bucks on some parts needed for new build, parts hard to find elsewhere so I came here. surprised my items weren't spit in or something for seemingly annoying whoever I was talking to through email. Anyway just leaving this review to spread the word that's already well spread about these guys customer service.
