They have no phone number. Unacceptable. If I'm mistaken or you add a phone number then I'll update my review.
I have had numerous online and F2F interactions with the good folks at Retrogression and they consistently provide excellent customer service. Shipping is fast. Their prices are competitive. Their return process is very easy to initiate and stress free. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question I’ve always received a quick response. Periodically they have great sales, which is just icing on the cake. Retrogression has become the go to place for all of my fixed gear bicycle needs. Highly recommend!
I’m a late bloomer to the fixed scene but their online store is like the golden index for fixed gear bike parts. Highly recommended for all your fixed gear needs! Thank you for keeping your massive inventory in stock for us!
This place is sick. My go to for specialty fixed gear parts that you can’t get anywhere else
All the high quality or hard to find parts for our niche fixie market in one place.
