They did not complete work properly, said they would fix it, then ghosted me. Will be getting attorney involved.
Please use caution. I’ve been trying to get the contract started that was signed on May 22, 2026. Foam insulation in the attic at a Church. Calls not answered and voicemail full.
Still have not finished the job properly, going on 3 years now. I keep calling and never get called back. They made sure they got paid though
I initially left a positive review, because the contractors seemed knowledgeable and the work was completed on-time. I had to open some walls up for a recent renovation project and was surprised to discovery that not one, not a few, but probably half of the stud bays had no insulation at all and many others had insulation that didn't fill the full space. Retrofoam did reach out about correcting their shoddy work but they've since ghosted me and seem to have no interest in honoring their "warranty". I would avoid this company... read more
