Retrofoam did technically appear at our property to complete the job we were sold, but that was the end of the satisfaction with the promises we were given. The crews arrived late every scheduled day, usually well outside of their appointment times. A lot of our exterior siding and interior walls were left dirty after the work was completed, and it didn't look like any effort was made to clean it. I am happy to submit an outstanding review for RetroFoam! From my initial inquiry to completion, the communication was excellent. Project Manager Hope Crawford was very thorough in her explanation of the process. Pricing was about what I'd expected. She was able to schedule installation quickly. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were cordial, professional and respected our property. Clean-up was great....You'd never know they were there. Project was completed on 2/28/25.
Excellent workmanship. Worked the job thru the rain and gave us a discount from the original estimate since the house had vinyl siding, and they could not foam in some places (solid wood).
Great experience from beginning to end. They explained exactly what would happen and were very informative and friendly. I highly recommend!
Great job installing. Cleanup was good as well.
