I had this company out to my house to insulate the exterior walls. They used no tools except a drill and a motor bit. They drilled at random into my brick walls. They did not look into the wall to see how it was constructed. They left my house with no vapor barrier. Or wind barrier. They left my house in worse condition than when they came to my house.

We had RetroFoam do our home about twelve years ago. We are currently putting on an addition to our block home, after removing the siding we found what appeared to be some of the holes not filled with foam. After talking to Eric he politely set up a time for a crew to come out and inspect , because he informed us it is part of the lifetime warranty.
