Charles, the person scheduling me, seemed disorganized. The auditor was only available on Thursdays, so I had to schedule the appointment about 1.5 months in advance. Then they showed one month early to my home for the appointment (I wasn’t there). I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had to reschedule my appointment for the energy audit several times due to work, but, my personal energy advisor was very flexible and helped me find a time that worked. The auditor was very thorough and explained what he saw in an understandable manner. The energy upgrades my house needed was completed roughly two weeks after the audit.
