I started off here doing personal training. I also just took my first workout class here. It has been such a positive experience. I can feel myself getting stronger from personal training. The class today was fun and upbeat. The owner is really knowledgeable and welcoming. I was really nervous because I’m definitely not an athlete and I’m true beginner but they offered alternatives to some of the exercises. Highly recommend and definitely will be back! What a great place to have in our little community!
I love this gym!
This gym is simply amazing. They not only offer classes for beginners to training for a spartan, but they take your total health and nutrition into account. Offering customized nutrition classes and much more. Most importantly they pride themselves in helping the community. Highly recommended!!
