I had a great experience. Ordered late one night and it was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. Once I got there, I wandered around and picked out a bunch of other items. The store is so fun! The staff is helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back!
I live in Ottawa so I have not been able to visit the store in person, but I have ordered off the website and reached out to inquire about selecting a certain item rather than receiving one at random (the care bear minis) and they responded within a reasonable time and were able to send me the bear I wanted. Item arrived in excellent condition and the communication was friendly. I look forward to buying more in the future and maybe one day I'll be able to visit the store.
Have been buying here for years and they have such unique items. When buying for family members who like collectible items like funkos etc, it’s the perfect place and they are affordable! Recently bought some needoh toys here as well a they have a huge selection, great prices. It pays to buy and support local!

Very displeased with my delivery and the customer service. I ordered a Disney christmas ornament from this business. The ornament arrived damaged. It appeared as though the head had been broken off (Anna from frozen) and it had some weird discolourations on the face. There was a line all around the neck of the character where it was either cracked or had been glued back on.
