Touchless wash kept going between pull forward and stop, ran into my car, and didnt even finish the wash. I would not come back here. Paid for the highest wash and am leaving with an unfinished wash

Got a carwash and the sensors were all messed up telling me to back up, pull forward, stop repeatedly. Also when is the Manuel gonna be fixed ffs

I recently took my dog there to the dog wash. The sign on the door had said that the machine had no longer took credit cards. It just took quarters. I figured that’s fine. They have a change machine in there and I would just get changed and put quarters in I went inside and as I looked the change machine also said it was broke as well. I got the money together and made seven dollars worth of quarters. I decided to give it a shot. I turned it on. I started up the water got so hot it was burning my hand. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO WASH YOUR PETS!!! Credit card machine WAS down and didnt take cash. It said quarters only except the change machine was down too. Finally found the $7 in quarters and went in to wash our dog. The water was ice cold for almost a minute. It finally warmed up and then once he was covered in soap it turned ice cold again. The dryer is on the other side so you have to leave your dog and walk around to use it. Then the dryer is so insanely loud it scared the hell out of my dog!!! Wish I could give this dum... read more

only one self serve bay was open and the hose had a hole in it, couldn’t even use any of the high pressure features to actually clean the car, then got home to see it charged me 2 times when i only received 10 minutes of pointless wash time. VERY DISAPPOINTED
