only one self serve bay was open and the hose had a hole in it, couldn’t even use any of the high pressure features to actually clean the car, then got home to see it charged me 2 times when i only received 10 minutes of pointless wash time. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Well hate to do this, but this is the 3rd time this has happened here. Purchased the $9 dollar was at the automatic wash. Took payment everytime and wash did not work. Called the number left a message with no reply at all. Now I have either been blocked or they turned the phones off. Unfortunately I am seeing on face book others are having the same issue with the owners stealing people's money .

Used a few times before with good success. Recently went and it charged me but never turned on. There is no posted service number on the premises. The phone number listed here goes nowhere. Figured it was a fluke and tried again at a later date and it stole my money again. I even requested a receipt and it never sent one to me! Avoid the automated side at all cost. Probably other side too.

Just went today and after paying the $9 for the highest level car wash nothing happened. The light never turned green to drive through and when we did pull forward the water nor soap turned on. Tried to call but got no answer.
