Dennis (the owner) was very reachable and responsive throughout the several week process of demo and rebuild on our bathroom. Carson treated the cabinetry with care and a personal touch. They also helped us out replacing a custom-fabbed LVP vent cover to match one that had gotten misplaced, even weeks after the job was done and signed off on. This is the second time now they've done an amazing job for us (the first was a pipe burst under the house years ago). They're true professionals you can count on.

Dennis and the team at Retro Restoration were incredible to work with! They were quick, friendly, efficient and so knowledgeable. My seller clients had a water problem in their crawlspace that needed immediate attention in order to keep the sale of their home on track, and Retro got the job done so quickly and made the process less stressful than we could have anticipated. I would never even think of hiring these plumbers for anything in the future. After working on our house for almost 2 months, they finally finished. During this time they repeatedly showed up unannounced, despite having mine and my partner's number and us requesting a notice multiple times. Dan refused to text us letting us know when they were working and would arrive unannounced and shut our water off.
